I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, but there was a faint smell of smoke in a nonsmoking hotel. The location was great, just a minute from Universal gates, but it was a bit loud. The service was friendly and nice overall, but some areas seemed old. The dining was forgettable and overshadowed by cigarette smoke. The facilities were decent with basic amenities available. Overall, it was an average stay with both positives and negatives.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and I adored having a separate sitting room. The location was perfect as I could easily enjoy privacy by closing the door between the living area and bedroom/bathroom. The only downside was that the breakfast lacked variety.

I couldn't have asked for a better location; this hotel is situated perfectly near all the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were clean and well-kept, offering a cozy stay. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate my needs, despite some initial hiccups. The breakfast area was bustling, but some items disappeared quickly, especially the waffle machine and syrup. A slight letdown came from the unexpected pet fees and the lack of proper maintenance in certain areas around the pool.
